Initial provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the relationship between our company, SC Sereni Capelli SRL, as seller and operator of the e-shop with the web address www.serenicapelli.ie, and you, our customer, who concludes a purchase contract with us. .

We apply a uniform approach to all our customers and offer them the same benefits, whether or not they are consumers. Therefore, the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions apply to all our customers.

These Terms and Conditions cover, first of all, the purchase of products from our e-shop. They are also applicable for the purchase of products using the customer telephone line or visiting one of our partner stores.

  1. Conclusion of the purchase agreement

You can enter into a purchase agreement with us either remotely, through the e-shop or the customer phone line, or in person, by visiting one of the partner stores or partner platforms.

In the case of a purchase agreement concluded remotely, the order – placed by sending the order via the website www.serenicapelli.dk or via the customer telephone line – constitutes a draft agreement. The order will be valid for a period of 7 days, and we will confirm receipt by e-mail. As a result, the purchase agreement will be concluded upon acceptance of the draft agreement by us, in the form of delivery of the ordered products. We will inform you by e-mail about the shipment of the products.

We deliver goods only in regular quantities for domestic consumption. In certain cases (especially in the case of promotions or stock clearances), we reserve the right to set the maximum quantity we can supply.

  1. Withdrawal without reason

You have the right, by law, to withdraw from an agreement concluded on the Internet or by telephone, without explaining the reason, within 14 days of delivery of the products. In our company, any buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for no reason, within 14 days of delivery of the products. The rule also applies to purchases made in our physical partner stores or partner platforms.

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will reimburse you for the cost of purchasing unused products. If you withdraw within 14 days of delivery of the products, the return costs will be borne by our company.

  1. It is necessary to ship the products immediately, no later than 5 days from the date of withdrawal.
  2. Please note that you will be held responsible for any reduction in the value of the products, as a consequence of handling them in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature, properties and functionality of the product (eg if you use a product even though you have already tried). Please also note that you do not have the right to withdraw from the agreement for products made according to your requirements or customized products (eg, custom engraved packaging), as well as for open and used products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (eg, if the product has been opened and used from the amount of cosmetic preparation that comes in direct contact with the skin).
  3. Complaints

If the products have a delivery defect, we can agree on compensation in the form of a voucher. You also have the right to request the removal of the defect in the form of a replacement. In the event that the elimination of the defect is impossible or unachievable for us, you have the right to claim a reduction in the purchase price and, if the defect is substantial, you can also withdraw from the purchase agreement.

The products will be considered defective especially when they do not have the usual properties or presented, do not serve the purpose, do not comply with legal requirements or have not been delivered in the agreed quantity. Please note that the increased sensitivity or allergic reaction to the delivered products cannot be considered defects of the product. Also, deficiencies regarding gifts and other gratuities, which we provide beyond the limits of your order, cannot be considered defective. The images of the products in our store are only illustrative and do not constitute a mandatory presentation of the properties of the goods (eg, the packaging may be different, due to a change implemented by the manufacturer).

We will be happy to answer any questions regarding complaints at contact@serenicapelli.nl. Please send the products that are the subject of the complaint to the address mentioned above.

We will inform you about the progress of the complaint, in particular about receiving, accepting or rejecting it, by e-mail or SMS. We may also contact you by phone.

We will make a decision on the complaint without delay. The duration of the complaint resolution, including the removal of defects, usually lasts from one day to 30 days. Otherwise, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. You are required to provide us with the necessary assistance to meet the above deadline.

  1. Method of payment and delivery

You can select the payment and delivery method from the options we offer. Before sending the order, we will notify you of the selected payment method and related costs.

Currently, we accept payment on delivery and online payment by card through the services of euplatesc.ro.

We reserve the right to ensure free delivery of products in certain cases.

  1. Miscellaneous

We offer our customers various discounts, gifts and other vouchers. Their use is guided by certain rules, which will be communicated individually to the customer in each situation. Unless otherwise stated, each discount or gift voucher may be used only once and only one voucher of the same type may be used in the same order. Unless otherwise stated, the discounts cannot be combined. If the value of the gift voucher exceeds the value of the purchase, the difference will not be transferred to a new voucher and the unused amount will not be refunded.

In connection with the purchase, you may receive an evaluation questionnaire from a third party. You can share your shopping and product experience with others. We will be very happy if you agree to complete the questionnaire.
